Life has a rhythm.

There are times when things seem to come together, where life seems smooth. There are times when the future seems certain and predictable. There are also times when nothing seems easy, when we feel stuck and the future seems uncertain or unpredictable.

Regardless of where you are in the rhythm of your life, you may feel like you need a change. At those times it helps to think about movement.

Movement is power.

Therapy can help.

Therapy can help you access the power of movement in ways that fundamentally change your outlook on yourself and your life.

Accessing that power includes understanding your strengths and patterns in the context of your relationships and life situation.

Bringing mindfulness and understanding to ourselves and our situations allows us to loosen our grasp on the things in our lives that keep us from moving.

Pathways are seldom straight.
